THE PROBLEM

Six tabs, every morning. Still the last to know.

You refresh dashboards all day and still hear about a broken checkout from a customer. Paneboard watches everything from your desktop.

HOW IT WORKS

Set it up once. Then stop checking tabs.

Adding a Vercel widget, then a heads-up from Paneboard
ONE PLACE

Other dashboards show numbers. Paneboard connects the dots.

THE APP

Open any widget. Ask anything.

Every widget opens into a full dashboard: trends, a timeline of what happened, and an AI you can ask why.

The Paneboard app: a full dashboard with an AI chat beside it
PRIVACY

Read-only access. Nothing stored on our servers.

Most tools connect with a read-only browser sign-in (OAuth 2.0); a few, like Dodo Payments, use a read-only API key. Either way it stays in your Mac’s Keychain. Your numbers go from your tools straight to your Mac. The only exception is Pro’s AI ‘why’, which sends the totals behind an alert to be explained, never sign-ins or keys.

Signed in, not handed over

Each sign-in or key is kept in your Keychain, on this Mac only.
StripeBrowser sign-in · OAuth 2.0Read-only
RevenueCatBrowser sign-in · OAuth 2.0Read-only
SentryBrowser sign-in · OAuth 2.0Read-only
VercelBrowser sign-in · OAuth 2.0Read-only
Read-only: Paneboard can't refund, delete or deploy anything. Dodo Payments and App Store Connect have no sign-in option, so they use a key that never leaves your Mac.

AI never sees your sign-ins

Only the numbers and events it needs to explain what changed.

Keys or sign-ins kept on our servers

Our server only helps renew a sign-in when a tool asks. It never stores your sign-ins, keys or numbers.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know before you download.

Still curious?Ask the builder directly.Ask
01When can I use it?

Right away. Download it, sign in with your email, Apple or GitHub, and connect Stripe in your browser. There’s no waitlist and no invite.

02Is it Mac only?

Yes, for now. It's a native Mac app, so widgets can live on your desktop.

03How much will it cost?

Free covers one live Stripe widget and share cards. Pro is $10 a month for every tool, alerts with the AI “why” and 100 AI questions a month. New accounts get 14 days of Pro free, no card needed.

04Is my data safe?

Yes. Most tools connect with a read-only browser sign-in (OAuth 2.0); a few, like Dodo Payments, use a read-only API key. Either way it stays in your Mac’s Keychain. Our server only helps renew sign-ins and never stores them. On Pro, the AI ‘why’ sends just the change behind an alert (totals and events, never sign-ins or keys) to our AI provider to put into words, and we don’t store it. You can turn it off in Settings.

05How do updates and alerts work?

Widgets refresh every 30 seconds, and each one has a refresh button. Alerts arrive as Mac notifications the moment something breaks.

06Does it work with Polar or Paddle?

Not yet. Both are coming soon after launch, Polar first, then Paddle. At launch, Stripe, Dodo Payments and RevenueCat work.

07What if my tool isn't listed?

Tell us on X or at hello@paneboard.app. The most-requested connectors get built first, and a widget for any JSON URL covers most tools until then.

08What does the AI actually do?

It spots unusual changes, lines them up with your deploys, errors and reviews, and tells you the likely cause in plain English. In the dashboard you can ask it things like “Why did signups drop yesterday?”
